Quinoa, which the Incas living in South America started growing 4000 years ago, is a gluten-free whole grain with high nutritional value. Gluten-free quinoa is a healthy source of protein and carbohydrates for “celiac patients” and “gluten-free” people. You can eat the quinoa either raw or uncooked.

Materials
1 cup quinoa
2 cups of water

You should soak the quinoa in water for half an hour before cooking. To remove the bitterness in the taste of quinoa, you should wash it thoroughly with plenty of water and rubbed. You should cook twice as much quinoa as water. You can cook the quinoa in water, broth, or chicken broth, for two cups of quinoa. Cook the quinoa with double water on high heat until it starts to boil on the stove. When the water starts to boil, close the lid of the pan, and cut the bottom. Leave the quinoa cooked over low heat for 15 minutes to rest for 5 minutes. You can use it in your salads as a rice next to your meals or in making meatballs. If you want, you can put it in refrigerator bags and store it in the freezer section.

How to prepare oatmeal red quinoa for breakfast?

Materials
Quarter cup red quinoa
Quarter cup oats
Half a glass of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of crushed walnut spindles
Half an apple (chopped)

Specification
Soak red quinoa and oats in water overnight. Boil quinoa and oats the next morning, then add milk, salt and cinnamon, stirring, cook over low heat. Continue mixing for another 8-10 minutes until quinoa are cooked. On the one hand, set the oven to 180 degrees, spread the walnuts on greaseproof paper, cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally in the oven until the color darkens. Then set aside and cool.
